Return Policy

If you wish to make an exchange or return the purchased item, let us know and we will guide you through the return process. We will take care that you receive an immediate refund or item exchange on a different size, color or another style.

In case you decided to make an exchange or return, you should make it in 14 days term. The item should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the claimed conditions are observed you will receive a full refund. All the sipping costs for the returns and exchanges are covered by the customer’s side.

All the items we offer for sale are checked by our stuff. Thus we can guarantee their supreme quality. Anyway, if you have received a damaged or defected item, you will receive a full free replacement. Send us back the damaged item and we will send you the replacement immediately upon the item receive.

All the exchange orders are usually proceeded in a 2–3 week term.

You can also purchase the items via Check / Money Transfer, after you have placed online at www.fashionclothez.com you will receive a notification e-mail / online order form where the details such as account number for bank transfer are available. After the receipt of your payment, the order will be processed in our system and will be prepared for shipment.
